Q: What does the STONEGUARD ® insurance policy cover?

Q: Do I have to pay the first amount of a claim?
A: No. There is no excess on the StoneGuard policy.
Q: Can the policy be transferred to another member of the family?
Q: Do claims affect the premium?
A: Not unless you make more than 5 claims in any 5 year period.
Q: How long do memorial insurance quotations take?
A: Quotations over the phone take less than 5 minutes. If you submit a quotation request, we will call you back as soon as possible.
Q: How quickly can insurance cover for a headstone be arranged?
A: Immediately over the phone or when we receive your application by post.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept debit cards without additional charge. Credit cards are accepted without additional charge, however, we can only accept payments for sums up to £100 by this method. Cheques and postal orders are accepted and should be made payable to Bridge Insurance Brokers Ltd.
Q: Do you inspect the memorial headstones?
A: No but we may ask for a photograph of a damaged memorial headstone if a claim exceeds £300.
Q: Can we use any memorial mason?
A: Yes but in the event of a claim, we would prefer you to use the mason who supplied the stone.
Q: How much should I insure my memorial headstone for?
